Colquitt Regional Medical Center is Hiring an Ultrasound Tech Near Moultrie, GA

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education
Completion of at least 18-24 months at an accredited school for Ultrasound and registered or registry eligible for
ARRT in Ultrasound or ARDMS in Ultrasound.
Required Licenses
Radiologic Technologist
RDMS from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound.
Required Skills
Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross OR
obtain Basic Life Support certification through Colquitt Regional Medical Center Educational Services upon hire.
FUNCTIONAL DEMANDS
Physical Requirements
Sitting, walking and standing; lifting objects up to 50 lbs; lifting and turning patients with/without assistance; kneeling,
crouching, stooping and squatting; pushing and pulling patients with/without assistance; twisting of hand and wrist;
reaching; motor coordination and manual dexterity (meds and treatment); hearing acuity (distinguish heart and breath
sounds); visual acuity (read gauges and dials on equipment); color vision (changes in patient skin color and colors of
medication).
Environmental Working Conditions
Working with or near chemicals; working near radiation sources; working near fumes; working near hazardous waste;
wearing protective clothing and/or equipment; exposure to blood borne pathogens.
